Millet Sister - Empowering Generations, Paradise is a short film included in a series by UNDP that aims to document 'Other Effective Area-Based Conservation Measures (OECMs)' implemented throughout the country. The film captures the voices of women belonging to the millet sisters’ group, as they discuss the significance of millets as crops associated with women, their emotional connection, and their beliefs surrounding millets. It portrays millets in various roles, from being cultivated in agricultural fields to serving as a nutritious food source and providing women with numerous livelihood opportunities, thereby empowering them.
