A peek into the issues of deep poverty and travails that have engulfed the lives of the fishing community of Aryapalli in Ganjam district, and the migrants from the Balangir district of Odisha. Through NREGA every rural household secured the right to 100 days of work annually, thereby ensuring their right to work. This one Act has transformed the lives of a huge number of  poverty-stricken people in India. The film focuses on the steps taken and the process of the Act.
