Made under the GIZ project Conservation and Sustainable Management of Coastal and Marine Protected Areas (CMPA) of the Indo-German Biodiversity Programme, the film showcases the importance and need for conservation in Palk Bay. It captures the traditional knowledge of the coastal population, especially the livelihood groups with regard to resource use and management. It also talks about how technology is man’s biggest achievement and and at the same time, a matter of grave concern.
